One of the biggest breakthroughs in beating depression came when people realized that depression is a symptom of specific problems. Nutrient deficiencies, food allergies, thyroid problems, gut issues, or adrenal fatigue are all examples of simple things that can be keeping you depressed. You want to look at the different sections in “Discover Your Type” to get on the fast track to recovery.
Then you will want to get a few key supplements to correct deficiencies depending on your own personal symptoms. Correcting deficiencies and covering all your bases will give you the quick relief to be able to implement all the other changes necessary.
